Job Description
Surfside Grill
Line Cook:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare daily specials and seasonal menu items, focused on Mexican and seafood recipes
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Be able to use various kitchen equipment- broiler, deep fryer, grill
• Must have exceptional organizational skills to ensure orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner
• Must work well with others in the team, be willing to assist and cooperate with coworkers
Job Details:
Position: 40 hours per week
Wage: $20-24 per hour
Benefits: Staff accommodation available + extended benefits after 3 months
