Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.50/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 1-612 Head Street, Victoria, BC V9A 5S8

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Oversee and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and smooth workflow

·         Plan and coordinate day to day operational activities to maintain high service and food quality standards

·         Supervise and monitor staff performance to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies

·         Participate in recruiting and selecting qualified employees to support restaurant operations

·         Prepare and manage employee work schedules to ensure adequate staffing during operating hours

·         Manage inventory levels by organizing and monitoring food, beverages, and other restaurant supplies

·         Ensure compliance with all health, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations

·         Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
