Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Food Service Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $18.50~$21.00/hour (depending on Experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 1-612 Head Street, Victoria, BC V9A 5S8

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Participate in train staff in their duty and responsibilities

·         Supervise the staff to make sure food is prepared well in a timely manner

·         Estimate and order food ingredients required for food preparation

·         Plan work schedules for staff and work methods to meet the load

·         Make sure that food meets quality standards

·         Hire food service staff and give support in the development of procedures

·         Handle customers’ complaints or concerns

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
