Position Info:
- Position: Restaurant Cook
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $16.75~$19.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 3
- Work Location: A-1221, 7th avenue, Fernie, BC V0B 1M0
Benefits:

Job Duties:
- Oversee the operations of the kitchen
- Prepare and cook whole meals or specific dishes
- Supervise and schedule kitchen helpers
- Organize and maintain food inventories and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Order supplies for the kitchen
- Clean and sanitize food prep areas, kitchen, and kitchen appliances
- Recruit and train new kitchen staff as required
- May develop menus, determine food portions, and estimate the cost of food
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
- Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
- Language: English
