Job Duties:
Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits
Assist cooks in basic food preparation
Portion and package food items
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and food preparation areas
Receive and store supplies
Remove kitchen garbage and clean work areas
Follow food safety and health regulations

Terms of Employment:
Permanent, Full-Time
35 hours per week
Weekdays, weekends, and shift work may be required

Language of Work:
English

Wage:
$22.50 per hour

Benefits:
4% vacation pay
Staff meal during shift

Education: No formal education required

Experience:
Previous kitchen or food service experience is an asset but not required
On-the-job training will be provided
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
