Position Info:

·         Position: Beauty Shop Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 7150 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5E 1E8

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Oversee daily operations of manicure, pedicure, and related beauty services

·         Evaluate day-to-day staff performance and operations

·         Develop and implement salon policies, procedures, and service standards

·         Manage budgets, control expenses, and maintain inventory of products and supplies

·         Handle client inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently

·         Hire, train, schedule, and supervise salon staff

·         Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities

Job Requirements:

·         Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
