Job Requirements –

Language Required: English
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Min. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, standing for extended periods, Repetitive tasks
Personal Suitability: Reliability, Excellent oral communication, Team player

Responsibilities:

·       Prepare and cook Indian Sweets. Must prepare Indian mithai and snacks, such as Gulab jamun, Rasgulla, Halwa, Barfi, jalebi, laddo, Kalakand, Shakarpare, Mathian, Rasmalai, milk cake, pinnia.

·       Plan menu and ensure quality of food and determine portion sizes.

·       Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.

·       Inspect kitchen and food service area.

·       Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

·       Train staff in cooking, preparation and handling food.

·       Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.

·       Work with specialized cooking equipment such as a deep fryer and other related equipment.
