Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Food Services Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $34.62~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 1141 Mainland Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 5P2

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Plan, organize, oversee and evaluate the store’s overall operations

·         Recruit staff and manage staff training

·         Develop work schedules for staff and monitor their performance

·         Manage inventory and revenue, making necessary adjustments as required

·         Address customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety standards

·         Determine the services to be offered and implement operational procedures

·         Negotiate agreements with suppliers for sourcing food and other necessary supplies

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
