Position Info:
- Position: Baker
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $18.00~$19.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 970 George Street, Vancouver, BC V6A 4K5

Job Duties:
- According to standardized recipes or customized orders, prepare dough, batters, icings, and frostings.
- Bake mixed batters and doughs.
- Decorate muffins, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Operate baking machinery and manage its condition.
- Determine the type and quantity of goods and co-ordinate a production schedule.
- Purchase baking supplies and minimize wastage.
- Maintain the quality of products to meet the established standards.
- Inspect kitchen and baking areas according to safety protocols.
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial baking experience are required.
- Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
- Language: English
