Education: College/ CELEP

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication skills, excellent written communication, flexibility and organized.

Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook.

Job Duties:

1.      Write, modify, integrate, and test software code.

2.      Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required.

3.      Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions.

4.      Prepare reports, manuals and other documentations on the status, operation and maintenance of the software.

5.      Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements.

6.      Write, modify, integrate and test software code for e-commerce and other internet applications.

7.      Manage incidents.

8.      Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
