Position Info:

  • Position: Administrative Assistant
  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $25.00~$27.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
  • Number of Positions:  1
  • Work Location: 100-1001 Churchill Crescent, North Vancouver, BC V7P 1P9

Job Duties:

  • Answer and reply all the inquiries received from telephone calls and emails
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, invoices, and other documents
  • Co-ordinate the flow of information within the office
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Compile and input data and other information
  • Greet and direct visitors to contacts or service areas
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

 

Job requirements:

  • Language: English
  • Experience:  1~2 years of related experience is required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
