Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 260 4 Ave, Kamloops, BC V2C 3N5

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Lead and oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations

·         Establish and execute internal business policies

·         Coordinate and maintain employee work shifts

·         Oversee stock levels and track earnings while improving workflows

·         Recruit and mentor new team members

·         Address and settle guest concerns or feedback

·         Maintain strict health and safety standards across the entire facility

·         Negotiate and manage vendor relationships for food and equipment

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 3~5 years of related experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
