Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00~$38.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 6019 West Boulevard, Vancouver, BC V6M 3X2

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure operational efficiency and business performance

·         Develop and implement dining service standards and workflow procedures

·         Prepare and coordinate staff schedules, monitor attendance and productivity

·         Manage food and beverage inventory in addition to tracking sales and expenses

·         Establish and maintain supplier relationships to secure quality ingredients and materials at competitive prices

·         Adjust menu pricing or operational strategies as needed to maintain profitability

·         Address customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high standard of customer care and adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations

·         Lead recruitment initiatives and provide continuous training to build a skilled and motivated service and kitchen team

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
