Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $17.00~$22.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~44 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 10005 100 Street, Grande Cache, AB T0E 0Y0

Job Duties:

• Prepare an extensive variety of food utilizing standardized recipes
• Estimate food requirements and costs
• Observe food service areas including kitchen
• Ensure food meets quality standards
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Maintain the food prep area and kitchen are clean and sanitized
• May involve in training staffs in preparation, handling, and cooking of food
• May involve in the recruitment of new staff

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Language: English
