Position Info:

·         Position: Home Child Care Provider

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $20.00~$22.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 2271 Black Hawk Drive, Sparwood, BC V0B 2G2

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Deliver dedicated care and supervision for children at the employer’s residence

·         Support children’s daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene

·         Manage daily routines, including mealtimes and rest periods, in accordance with parental guidance

·         Safely escort children to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities on schedule

·         Prepare and serve balanced meals and snacks appropriate to each child’s age and dietary needs

·         Design and lead educational and social activities to promote growth and development

·         Implement disciplinary actions as directed by parental guidance

·         Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment

 

Job requirements:

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience is required

·         Language: English
