LINE/PREP/PIZZA COOKS
We are hiring for Line/Prep/Pizza Cooks to join the Paris Beer Company team! We’re looking for reliable, motivated Cooks to join our kitchen team at The Paris Beer Company.  We serve fresh, elevated food in a dynamic environment where quality, teamwork, and efficiency matter.  If you love working in a busy scratch kitchen, take pride in what you plate, and thrive under pressure, we want to meet you.

Specifically, if you have a passion for hand crafted pizza and have experience with dough making, ability to stretch, cook, garnish pizzas from scratch and the ability to operate independently during busy service hours we are excited to hear from you.

AS A COOK, YOU WILL MAKE YOUR IMPACT BY:

Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
Preparing all food items as directed in an efficient and timely manner
Keeping workstations tidy at all times, assisting with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas
Setting up stations according to restaurant guidelines
Understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in your work station

YOU CAN EXCEL AS A COOK IF YOU HAVE:

One year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
The ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Strong and clear communication skills
Enthusiasm about the art of beer making
A passion for cooking, beer, food and the pairing of the two
Safe food handling certificate an asset
