Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 200–1970 Kane Road, Kelowna, BC V1V 2E5

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Organize daily operations to ensure the front and back of house run efficiently

·         Establish operational procedures and service types to standardize daily workflows

·         Lead and train the team to meet service standards and improve performance

·         Manage inventory levels and negotiate pricing with suppliers for food and equipment

·         Schedule employee shifts to ensure proper floor coverage and manage labor costs

·         Analyze budget to identify cost-savings and maintain restaurant profitability

·         Implement marketing strategies and resolve guest complaints to ensure high satisfaction

·         Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling laws

·         Recruit and hire qualified staff to maintain a full and capable team

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 3-5 years of commercial cooking experience, as well as supervisory experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
