Overview

Looking for an experienced individual who wants to work in manufacturing, assembly and installation facility of window décor company. The Shutters Inc. is a leading manufacturing company where we tend to provide a better job stability and team focus for the professional advancements of our employees and company.

With continuous growth of our business, we are in a need of an experienced and energetic individual who has the capability to assist and organize the company’s administrative tasks.

 

Job Type

·         Full-time, Permanent (35-40hrs/week)

Salary

·          $ 25.00 per hour (paid bi-weekly)

 

Education

·         Completion of College diploma is required (education in relevant field is an asset)

 

Qualifications & Experience

At least 2 years of experience in the same trade is required

 

Duties and responsibilities

·         Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures within company, including the evaluation and implementation of new procedures to enhance efficiency.

·         Establish and prioritize work tasks, delegating responsibilities to the staff to ensure timely completion of client orders and adherence to procedures.

·         Prepare and maintain various documents such as work orders, purchase orders, inventory reports, and memos by compiling data from department databases and calculating adjustments based on repair bills.

·         Coordinate office services including supplies, maintenance, and security services, ensuring smooth operations.

Ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service by coordinating client orders with manufacturing team
·         Preparation of periodic reports, correspondence, and budget management, including purchase orders, invoices, and payments.

·         Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining organized calendars for effective time management.

Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
